Locally called a rumpon, this fish attracting device (FAD) attached to a raft or rakit was located 100 km from the harbour and anchored 3,500m to the bottom of the sea. The FAD doubles as the night's sleeping quarters for five to six men. North Sulawesi, Indonesia, December 2009
