PACIFIC OCEAN Philippines -- 07 Nov 2013 -- This image captured by the geostationary satellites of the Japan Meteorological Agency and EUMETSAT shows what is possibly the strongest storm ever - Super Typhoon Haiyan - recorded to date shortly before it smashed into The Philippines with 200mph (300kmh) winds and 50ft waves.
