The Sanhauá River is a Brazilian river that bathes the municipalities of Bayeux and João Pessoa, in the state of Paraíba. One of the main tributaries of the river Paraíba, was in its mouth, bordered by the historical house and the steeples of dozens of churches, that João Pessoa, the state capital, was founded in the sixteenth century.
