NEPAL Gokyo Peak -- The third lake at Gokyo with Mount Thamserku and Mount Kangtega in the background. This valley is increasingly an intrinsic part of the Everest trail for many trekkers, with it's sublime sacred lakes and great views of Mount Everest. Many cross the Cho La (Cho Pass) to the Khumbu Glacier and the more traditional Everest viewpoint at Kala Pattar.
